  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business weeks. During busier seasons or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be in original condition with tags attached.

  • We’re here to help. Reach out to our support team with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away.

  • Most of our garments follow a true-to-size fit unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you’re between sizes or prefer a specific fit, we include detailed size notes to help guide you.

  • We work with a mix of New York–based makers and carefully selected international partners. Every factory is chosen for its craftsmanship, quality, and ethical standards.
